Drift Inn Tours is a family oriented tour company providing quality experiences in Canada. We specialize in Sailing/Boating and Photography adventures. We love the environment and do our best to be as eco-friendly as possible.
Capacity
Your private boat has a capacity of 6 - 8 people. Price is per rental. If you have more people, you can add boats to your order. We have 3 boats available for a mazimum of 24 people.
For more time on the water you can book multiple connecting times.
Details
No boating license is required. There is a 30 minute orientation required if you do not have a boating license from Transport Canada. Rentals are by the hour. You can extend your time on the water by booking multiple time slots.
You can bring your own food and drinks. We supply a cooler if you require one. Or you can pickup takeout at one of our fabulous local restaurants. Mussles and pre-cooked lobster are favourites from the local seafood market.
Cancellation Policy
Rentals can be cancelled by the company for safety or equipment being unavailable. If it is raining, the customer can choose to cancel the tour. We want everyone to have the best experience possible, and cancelled tours can be either refunded or moved to another time. Refunds have a small 4% processing fee.
Help is always near
Boats are all equiped with radio communication to shore, an SOS button, and are tracked for location. If you need assistance our fast assist boat can be at your location in miutes to help you out, bring you new batteries, or tow you back into shore.
Amenities
Everything is provided to make your cruise as comfortable as possible. Included are lifejackets and all safety equipment. There is a center table with a charcoal grill ready to light and bbq. For shade there is an attached umbrella for your comfort. Sun or shade is up to you.
Fun Cruise
Enjoy the water aboard your own private boat with electric motor. Your tour itinerary is up to you, bring a cooler and cook on the grill or there are take out restaurants in the area, stop and go swimming at one of the sandy beaches, do some fishing, or spend your time exploring the waterway. You can have a short trip, or up to 4 hours, or something in between. ($250. for 2 hours)
Romantic dinner cruise sunset
Our sunset cruise is a quiet romantic affair where you curl up in comfort until sunset where you watch a spectacular Sunset across the water. Bring your own bottle of a favourite beverage and cook your own private dinner on the water or bring your own takeout from Dhalia's at Rustico Resort.
It's a great way to unwind after a long day. Departs 7pm and returns after sunset.
